Enrollment Process

It’s time to think about school. Whether you’re wondering when your child should start preschool or how to select the right child care, we’d love to meet your family and show you how much fun your child will have with us. Many first-time parents ask us how the childcare enrollment process works so here is a quick overview to answer your questions.

Step 1 – Check Enrollment Availability

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Mini-Skool, the first thing to do is to contact your campus of interest. The phone numbers for each school are listed on their individual pages – type in your zip code to find the preschool near you. Alternatively, you can click this Contact Us link. We’ll learn more about your family and needs and see if we have space available in the class your child would attend.

Step 2 – Visit our School

You will be invited to visit the school of your choice with the school director. You’ll see all of the classrooms, meet your child’s teacher and have time to observe any portions of the day you would like. We will do everything in our power to accommodate the start date that meets your needs. If there is a waiting list, you can secure the next available space by paying a registration fee and placing your name a waiting list. When an opening becomes available, the Director will contact you immediately.

Step 3 – Parent Checklist & Discovery Day

There are so many neat things to see and great teachers to meet that we want to make sure you remember to evaluate all of the things important to you. Use our checklist to make sure you review all of the important areas.

Preschool Checklist

Prior to your child’s first day with Mini-Skool, you and your child will be invited to visit your child’s new classroom. This will allow them to get acquainted with their new friends and their teachers. This is a very important transition for our parents and children. We go out of our way to make sure every new child feels welcome and comfortable in their new classroom.

Military Families

We accept Military fee assistance from NACCRRA. Visit www.NACCRRA.org for eligibility requirements.

Many of our schools have partnered with the National Association Child Care Resource and Referral Agency (NACCRRA) to offer active duty military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, National Guard and Reserves) assistance and reduced tuition rates when child care at a military installation is not available. Contact your school of choice for information.
