Our teachers and staff are chosen, not only for their education and successful experiences but also, and most importantly, for their love of children. We know that the quality of a child's preschool and elementary experience is to a large degree dictated by the relationship between teacher and child.
Our staff members are carefully chosen for their experience and are given the on-going support and training that is necessary for success with children. A teacher is one who inspires, empowers and recognizes that each child is an individual. Mini-Skool teachers understand this and provide strategies to inspire children towards the enjoyment of learning.
Mini-Skool knows that the time from infancy through eight years of age is the most critical developmental period in a child's life. Mini-Skool teachers partner with parents to help set the stage for how children will view life as an adult. This awesome responsibility is given to only the best qualified staff and is not taken lightly.
