Welcome to Main Street Mini-Skool.
Located at the edge of the Old El Presidio Historical Neighborhood in downtown Tucson, AZ, Main Street Mini-Skool is surrounded by mature landscaping. Our school was originally built in 1846 and features that old world charm. Using the unique features of this historic building, we have taken an old family home and created a “home-like” school environment. The old world charm is clearly evident in the 14ft mahogany doors in most our classrooms. Most people who visit us are impressed at how we have created such a cozy little spot in the downtown area.
Main Street School features five separate playgrounds, one for each age group. We also have an on-site swimming pool staffed by a certified lifeguard. The infant room has a very cozy feel with a separate room for napping. The infants also have an outside deck area devoted to outdoor gross motor skills. The small one-year- olds’ classroom allows for that one-on-one care a young toddler requires. The infant room has a very cozy feel with a separate room for napping.
Main Street provides free transportation for our Before and After School children (ages 6-12 years) to and from the following schools:

- Drachman
- Davis
- Manzo Elementary
- Menlo Park Elementary
